Why be a Thought Leaders Mentor?
1 - STUDY
The first step to being a mentor is to study the Thought Leaders Intellectual Property in depth. Our mentor activities like monthly webinars, quarterly development days and annual mentor retreats all work towards this goal.
2 - TEACH
Sometimes the best way to learn something is to teach it. They say the best way to read a non-fiction book is to do so imagining you had to explain concepts within to someone else. There is something about the teaching perspective that deepens understanding. Teach the IP and learn it at a whole new level.
